Is now a time so strange to think that reason
This purpose for all beings
Why are we living to date
I start getting thoughts like these And I Wonder
What's that meaning to life, four seasons
And so many trees with their sometimes colored leaves
Life will always keep me thinking
It's got me, And I Wonder right now

Do you think it just might be we're only slaving to the maker
Serving no real purpose
But must that purpose be out there
It's only time that will tell
It's time that holds our futures, embedded within us all
They're just so deep within our souls
Being way too high to decide
I get this rage inside of me and I start crying out to thy
Come on Creator, let us all see thy rise
Would you ask thy, Creator Why, why, why....

Why is it this, that is such a place so dark and cold
That should seem so never-ending, so dreamed
I think Im just too eager to know
And I Wonder if I'll have time
To keep zoning out, in the sky, when Im high
While starry-eyed I'm hearing those forgotten cries
But never fail to realize, at sometime, we all must die

There is no other light, that'll glimmer so fuckin' bright
Through these drifting clouds tonight
I have seen so many visions
It's all too clear to me
I've heard screaming
Some sounds I couldn't believe

And I Wonder about the stars in the sky
Resting such wicked patterns in the air
They are constellations, but why
Could they hold some other meaning
Maybe a language written in the sky
A language yet to decipher And I Wonder why, why, why....
Why some seem to look like they're fading away
And I Wonder!
Cause some aren't as bright

Oh I really wish someone could tell me
Cause the more and more I stare at the trees
The more and more I see the moon as it shines off it's leaves
The more and more I stare into this sky And I Wonder....
Where does it ever seem to end?!
